This site is operated by Terry & O'Flanagan Limited, Windsor House, 14 Windsor Terrace, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. This notice sets out what information the site collects, the purposes for which it is used, and how to contact us about it. Questions may be sent to tof@tof.ie.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies and does not store information in your browser. No consent banner is shown for that reason. Visitors are not tracked between visits or across other websites.
Visitor statistics
We use PostHog, hosted within the European Union, to measure how the site is used. For each page viewed it receives the page address, the referring page, the browser and device type, and the IP address, from which an approximate location is derived. As nothing is stored in the browser, each visit is recorded as a new visitor and returning visitors are not recognised. The data is reviewed in aggregate only. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
Enquiries
When an enquiry is submitted through the site we receive only the details entered by the visitor: name, email address, message and, from the extension guide, the measurements entered and the result the guide gave for them. This information is used to respond to the enquiry and is retained for as long as is necessary to deal with it, or as part of our project records where the enquiry leads to an engagement. Submissions are stored on our behalf by Netlify, which hosts the site. An enquiry can be deleted on request.
Hosting and third-party services
As with any website, your IP address is visible to the servers that deliver the pages. The site is hosted by Netlify and its images are served by Cloudinary. The map on the contact page is provided by Google; loading that page transmits your IP address to Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. Requests should be sent to tof@tof.ie. If you consider that we have not handled your information properly, you may also raise the matter with the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
